Meet the Clackson Team – Leaders in Real Estate Services

The Clackson team is a family of commercial real estate specialists led by Kim Clackson, Executive Vice President. Other members of the team include Matt Clackson, Senior Vice President; Nicole Clackson Rossman, Senior Associate; and Josh Singer, Associate. They form a dynamic team honored as one of Pittsburgh’s top dealmakers for CBRE.

Kim and Matt’s background in professional hockey brings a strong team-oriented work ethic, while Nicole’s degree in Business Administration with a marketing and IT concentration, adds valuable business savvy. With the recent addition of Josh Singer, the team has expanded its expertise and capabilities. Together, The Clackson Team is dedicated to delivering outstanding results and has successfully leased or sold over 21 million square feet* of industrial, flex, and office space. (*14-yr.
