Professional Experience
Matt Clackson is a Senior Vice President with CBRE’s Industrial and Logistics Services Group, specializing in providing strategic guidance to corporate occupiers and Landlords across Western Pennsylvania and North America. With a strong background in various transaction types including acquisitions, dispositions, site selection, and sale/leaseback, Matt brings a wealth of expertise to his role.
Throughout his career, Matt has consulted and advised many large industrial occupiers on strategic planning, headquarters negotiations, and complex build-to-suit facilities. His in-depth knowledge and experience have made him a trusted advisor in the industrial and logistics sector.
Prior to his role at CBRE, Matt had a successful career in professional ice hockey, where he was drafted to the NHL by the Philadelphia Flyers in 2005. He played six seasons under contract with the Philadelphia Flyers, Phoenix Coyotes, Washington Capitals, and Chicago Wolves. This experience has equipped him with valuable skills such as teamwork, leadership, and perseverance, which he now applies to his role in the real estate industry.
